This is a private reference site, independent of every government office. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files papers for a user.

Its content identifies the Macon County Sheriff's Records Division, Circuit Clerk, Illinois State Police Bureau of Identification, Illinois State Police Sex Offender Registry, and other sources. Some pages also connect to separately operated search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Illinois law places particular limits on misuse of Illinois State Police Sex Offender Registry data. Registry information supports public safety awareness and never authorizes confrontation, vigilantism, or unlawful discrimination.
